At Bikerz Kingdom, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below for information on processing, delivery times, and costs.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • For custom or made-to-order items (e.g., personalized motorcycle graphics), please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


  • UK (3–5 business days)

  • Europe (5–10 business days): from 

  • USA/Canada (7–14 business days): from 

  • Rest of World (10–20 business days): rates calculated at checkout

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors not related to us such as customs delays.



What Countries Do You Deliver To?

We currently deliver to most countries worldwide, with the exception of the following:

  • North Korea

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Sudan

  • Syria

  • Russia

 

If your country is not listed at checkout and is not on the restricted list above, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly using the provided link.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Bikerz Kingdom is not responsible for any customs or import duties applied to your international shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your countries import policies if you are unsure


Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe or your tracking shows it was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at [support@bikerzkingdom.com] as soon as possible.

If your item has still not arrived or appears to be missing, you may file claims for damaged and/or missing contents immediately, but no later than 25 days from the date of dispatch.
After 25 days, most courier companies refuse to accept missing item claims, so please keep a close eye on your tracking and reach out promptly if there are any issues.


Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
