All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the prevailing law of the Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, is taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Acceptance of the T&Cs
The Customer agrees to carefully read the T&Cs and accept them before proceeding with the payment of a product order placed on the site.
These T&Cs are referenced at the bottom of each page of the site by means of a link and must be consulted before placing the Order. The customer is invited to carefully read, download, print the T&Cs and keep a copy. The Seller advises the customer to read the T&Cs with each new order, the latest version of said T&Cs applying to all new product orders. By clicking on the first button to place the Order and then on the second to confirm said Order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the T&Cs without limitation or condition.

The customer is not entitled to receive editable source files (such as .AI, .PSD, or .EPS) unless this has been explicitly agreed in writing and any associated file release fee has been paid in full.
Please note: Custom design work does not entitle the customer to access editable source files (.AI, .PSD, .EPS, etc.) unless explicitly agreed in writing and subject to a file release fee.
You must not:
- Republish material from Bikerz Kingdom
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Bikerz Kingdom
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Bikerz Kingdom
- Redistribute content from Bikerz Kingdom
This Agreement shall take effect on the date first above written.
Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Bikerz Kingdom does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. This non-exclusive license is granted by the customer to the seller for the entire world and free of charge, and ends upon deletion by the customer of the photographs, videos and other content concerned and/or upon deletion of the personal account by the customer or by the seller in the cases provided for in Acceptance of the T&Cs.
You hereby grant Bikerz Kingdom a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorise others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
Design Fee Disclaimer
All design fees charged by Bikerz Kingdom are solely for the time and labour involved in creating the custom artwork ("man hours"). Payment of a design fee does not grant the customer any ownership, license, or access rights to the original design files (including but not limited to vector files, print files, or working files). All design files remain the intellectual property of Bikerz Kingdom unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing and may be subject to a separate licensing or file release fee.
Ownership of Custom Artwork
All custom graphics, illustrations, or visual designs created by Bikerz Kingdom for a customer remain the sole property of Bikerz Kingdom. Unless a separate, written transfer of rights is agreed upon and paid for, the customer receives a limited, non-transferable license to use the artwork solely for personal use on the product(s) purchased. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use outside of the agreed scope is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorised use, copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution of Bikerz Kingdom artwork, whether purchased or not, constitutes a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.
Bikerz Kingdom reserves the right to include its logo, other branding, or watermark on any custom designs or printed products, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to production. This branding may not be removed, edited, or concealed without express permission.
Hyperlinking to our Content
The following organisations may link to our Website without prior written approval:
- Government agencies;
- Search engines;
- News organisations;
- Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
