5. Custom Designs & Artwork Ownership
- All custom designs created remain the sole intellectual property of BK Print Co Ltd
- Customers are purchasing a physical product only, not ownership of the design
You are granted:
- A limited, non-transferable licence to use the design on the purchased product only
You may NOT:
- Reproduce, copy, resell, or modify the design
- Use it for commercial purposes outside the agreed scope
Any breach may result in legal action.
6. Design Fee Disclaimer
Design fees cover:
- Time
- Labour
- Creative work
They do NOT include:
- Ownership rights
- Access to design files
- Commercial rights
All design files remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Branding & Watermarks
We reserve the right to include:
- Logos
- Branding
- Watermarks
on designs or products unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Removal or alteration is strictly prohibited.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You confirm that:
- You have the right to any artwork you submit
- Your content does not infringe third-party rights
- All information provided is accurate
You accept full responsibility for any legal issues arising from submitted content.
9. User Content (Comments & Media)
If you post content on our website:
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for marketing
- You confirm you have rights to that content

10. Orders, Currency & Payments

12. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Custom items are non-refundable unless faulty
- Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days (unused)
Faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with evidence.
We reserve the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund.
13. Installation Disclaimer
- Professional installation is recommended
- We are not responsible for installation errors
- No refunds will be given due to incorrect fitting

For custom or made-to-order items:
- Design proofs, mockups, or previews may be provided
- Approval (written or digital) constitutes final acceptance of the design
Once approved:
- The design is considered correct
- The order is considered confirmed
- Production begins
❗ After approval, claims such as:
- “Item not as described”
- “I don’t like the design”
- “I changed my mind”
➡️ Will NOT be accepted as valid grounds for refund or dispute
3. Product Description & Variations
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screens and printing
- Minor differences in fitment or finish may occur
- Installation quality affects final appearance
These are not considered defects.
4. Installation Responsibility
- Professional installation is recommended
- We are not responsible for damage caused during fitting
