Do I have to pay for customs charges on my orders?

Unfortunately, Bikerz Kingdom is unable to determine what customs charges may be applied to overseas shipments. All customs charges (if any) are
applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Bikerz Kingdom. For more in depth information, we would suggest contacting

What if I have not received my order?

If an item from your
order is yet to arrive, please be patient; some of our items are made to order and can take up to 15 days for dispatch, if this is the case you will be notified by email.

Please check your email for order updates or feel free to contact us at for an update on the status of an order.

If your item has still not arrived or has gone missing you may file claims for damaged and/or missing contents immediately, but no later than 25 days from the date of dispatch.

How can I pay for my order?

Bikerz Kingdom has got your back! We accept the following payment cards:
Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal payments, Amazon pay, Google pay and Apple pay.

Is it safe to order online?

You can rest assured that shopping with Bikerz Kingdom is safe. We use the most up to date security systems and
encryption software to ensure your personal details such as name, address and
bank details are kept safe and secure.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes please contact us as soon as possible before your order is fulfilled.

If your order has already been fulfilled it is not possible to change it.

Products such as t-shirts and graphic kits are made to order and unfortunately and be changed after the order has been placed.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or
faulty item. Please send us a message at with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. We will be in touch within 3 business days to resolve your issue.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges.
You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please see our returns policy and follow this process.


What are my delivery options?

All orders are delivered using tracked worldwide shipping method. We have agreements with main carriers such as Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL.

Depending on where you are located depends on how fast you will receive your item.

Approximately delivery times are as follows:

UK: 2-4 working days

Europe: - 4-6 working days

USA: - 10-15 working days

Rest of World: 15-21 working days.

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to all countries except for the

North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Russia , Belarus and Ukraine.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can use our easy returns process at the top of our website. . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if my product is faulty?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long does it take to process my return?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
